    1. Hi, Ana!

I’ve sent you a regular PayPal payment request. Please check your email. I think Brazil has some restrictions on PayPal donations.

  1. hello thank you very much for the plugin, I wanted to know if there is a possibility of the images of the gallery could be added from an external url?

  2. Hi
I want to use this for product galleries which are being imported by WP ALL IMPORT .
Will this work for importing External images urls into each product gallery with wp all import?
    Thanks

  3. Hi, I just tried the FREE version. The image was uploaded and the FIFU column was created in Woocommerce Products, I am using WP All Import since I am importing 5k+ products. But The Featured Image is not using imported image from FIFU. Can you pls explain how can I do to make this working?

      1. Sorry, I have remote images on my woocommerce site and there are all different sizes. is it possible to control the sizes like thumbnail, single product page image and gallery size?

        1. The plugin will try to use the dimensions provided by the theme, Bhav. There is also a feature to “crop” the images to the same size.

About external thumbnails, they are not available for now, except for images from Flickr.

  4. Hi Marcel! Very promising and interesting plugin! I’m quite not sure how the flickr functionality works though in your plugin… the problem that I have is that I can get it working on post and pages with the embed code that flickr gives when I change the featured image to be first image of the post.. then again I cant put that code in to the url field of your plugin if you know what I mean, because it’s embed code that flickr gives us to share and not just a simple url. Do you think that could be fixed so you can put embed code besides pure url in the featured image field? Also, nothing in this plugin is against Flickr tos right? I am interested to buy this if I know that I can confidently and legally use this plugin with flickr, because I’m not sure if flickr let’s users do hotlinking. And doing it the flickr way I can’t get it work in the hero section of my team now. Thanks for the great plugin and development too. Keep up the good work buddy Marcel!

    1. Hi, Mickey!

You can get the simple URL from Flickr and there is not wrong with that. Just take a look at the screenshots at FIFU settings > Performance > External Thumbnails. That images are 100% from Flickr. I mean, Flickr gives you a way to get the URLs.

  5. Nice to meet you.
    * I am writing this sentence using Google’s translation software.

I thought about making a donation to use the premium version.
Then, the following warning came out.

    ————–
PayPal does not currently support donation payments from JP buyers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    ————–
Is there any other means of payment?

    1. Hi, Ryan!

I don’t know if I’ve understood your question, but the Alt tag is available in both versions, free and premium.

If you have any issue related to this feature in the free version, please contact me by the support email above.

    1. Hey, Alex!

The plugin should work with any theme, at least for images. About other features, you can take a look at “Checking compatibility” in the plugin settings.

But FIFU has some users that have Newspaper and WPBaker installed. So that’s possible your settings are not configured properly. To get help, use the support email above.

    1. Thanks, David!

The plugin was sent. However that only supports English for now.

And if you need more that 1 license, for U$100 you can get 5. It’s totally necessary to keep the support quality for now.

  6. A quick question. If I get the premium version, do I have to insert all the image urls again? I am using the free on right now and already have over a hundred pictures.

  7. is this safe to use with amazon associates? does it pull all the images associated with a product. Tried the free version and like it, i want to buy the premium version of a amazon eccommerce store

    1. Hi, Mark!

It’s safe to use FIFU with Amazon Associates program once the plugin doesn’t download any image. All the images will still be in the Amazon server.

Using the Premium version you can use all the product images. You just need to associate those URLs to the the external image gallery fields provided by FIFU.

  8. Hello!
I have woocommerce website with 30.000 product right now and will increase soon. I installed your plugin but i only can set feature image. I cant set woocommerce gallery image from url. How can i do it? For that if need buy premium version, i can donate you right now.
Last question is if not appropriate with my themes, can you help me for fix issue?
    Thank you!
    Regards..
    Cengiz ALCAN

    1. Hi, Cengiz!

For now the WooCommerce Gallery is only available on the Premium version.

There are some features like videos and sliders that can’t work in some themes. It’s possible to check the compatibility on the plugin settings of the free version.

But the gallery should work with any theme. So if you have a problem with that, of course I will help you with that.

  9. Hi, im interested in purchasing the plugin. However i have a question before buying.
We are using the plugin to import over 30,000 products and each will have a featured image set using your plugin. Is it possible for the featured image to automatically show? As with the free version i have to go on ot the product and click update for the image to show.

    1. Hi, Ashley!

FIFU is compatible with WP All Import plugin. So the most of users have a CSV/XML file with the products and what they need to do is just to bind the URL and the Custom Field “fifu_image_url”. There are other custom fields as well and you can find them in the plugin settings. By the way, you don’t need the premium version for that. The free one supports WP All Import also.

You can still use WP REST API.

  10. I paid the required donation amount Transaction ID XXXXXXXXXXXX. Where is my product? It would be nice if you provided automatic fulfillment. I have been waiting since yesterday to receive what I paid for. Not cool.

    1. Hey, Lorri.

Sorry, I always send the plugin in the same day. But we are in different time zones, right? Anyway, I decided to refund you.

  11. Hi,
i am a student and i am working on project on WP Rest API, for that purpose i need your premium version
unfortunetely i don’t have enough money to pay for it
do you think it would be possible to have for free for educationnal purpose
    Thanks

    1. Hey, Matt!

As we have talked today, the plugin was sent to your email (the one you use to access PayPal) on July 12th. And after checking again you found it! =]
